About me
I’m a therapist who sees you as a whole person, beyond any limitations of diagnosis or pathology. My focus is on helping you expand your perspective, connect with a deeper sense of purpose, and access your dynamic potential. Together, we envision possibilities beyond your current reality, fostering a path towards a more vibrant future.
My Story
I’m interested in what shapes the way people relate - to themselves, to others and to the world around them.
I’ve spent much of my career in demanding corporate environments where decisions carry weight, relationships matter and momentum is rarely optional. That experience taught me first hand how capable people lose contact with themselves. Not through failure, but through sustained adaptations and the slow sidelining of their own needs.
As I deepened my own process of healing, I undertook formal training in psychotherapy to consider this work with more rigour. This has allowed me to explore the emotional, relational and embodied layers of experience that shape how we live, love, work, heal and change.
Today, I run a busy private practice alongside my organisational work. I hold deep respect for what it takes to reorient when a way of being no longer fits. I understand that meaningful change asks us to reckon with what we have carried — our history, our pain and the strategies that once protected us — while building the inner capacity to respond differently. Few tasks are more demanding or more consequential than the work of living a truely examined life.
My approach integrates therapeutic and psychological frameworks to help clients strengthen their own capacity to heal and grow. I work collaboratively and directly, supporting insight to translate into authentic action.
I am also a published author in therapeutic research and continue to engage in ongoing study and supervision to deepen my work.

What else?
I was born and raised in Kenya and spent most of my adult life working in the UK and Australia.
Before becoming a therapist, I held senior leadership roles within Big Four consulting firms, working across strategy, technology and large-scale organisational change.
I’ve learned a lot in my career but I believe the most powerful wisdom I offer my clients has been developed from my own lived experience of recovery and healing.
I now live between Nairobi and Sydney with my family and my dogs. It is a season of life that feels full and deeply grounding.
I love abstract art, the dawn, swimming in wild waters and history podcasts.
I also love my job, which I’ve come to understand is pretty unusual – so I feel lucky to have wound up on this path.

The sun said, ‘it hurts to become.”
